About the Owner
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Taylor Felton was immersed in entrepreneurship from the moment she entered the world. Growing up surrounded by business builders and creators, she developed a natural eye for beauty, fashion, and style at an early age. What began as a childhood fascination quickly grew into a lifelong passion.
While still in high school, Taylor spent her summers taking courses on how to run and manage a beauty business, gaining the foundational skills many professionals don’t learn until much later. Her ability to style came effortlessly, but it was her discipline, curiosity, and hands-on business education that truly set her apart.
In 2025, Taylor’s entrepreneurial fire accelerated when she won first place in the I’m a Boss of Miami Life Youth Pitch Competition. That victory didn’t just validate her vision; it ignited it. It was the moment when “dreaming about the beauty industry” became “building for the beauty industry,” setting the wheels in motion for something bigger.

A true fashionista with a heart for service, Taylor has always been deeply committed to helping others succeed. She understands the real challenges solo beauty professionals face: limited startup capital, lack of mentorship, and the need for a supportive, business-minded environment.
This insight inspired the creation of Oasis Beauty Bar & Suites.
Taylor designed OMG to be more than just a workspace—it’s a launchpad. A beautifully curated space where stylists, estheticians, lash techs, and other beauty entrepreneurs can not only earn a living, but also gain the knowledge and skills needed to build profitable, long-term businesses. Through free workshops, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on support, Taylor empowers beauty professionals to elevate their craft, sharpen their business acumen, and build generational success.
